1. Huashan mountain, China

This cliff path is made of small wooden boards and chains attached to the cliff tens of meters above the ground. To get to the top of Huashan mountain, you have to conquer the "stairs to heaven" running along the 1,800m-high mountainside (actually 6km, equivalent to 4,000 steps). After climbing the steep stone steps, visitors still have to cling to the cliff to follow the wooden plank system to reach the top of the mountain. Those who choose this path are mainly professional mountaineers and adventurers. If you do not want to take risks and lose strength, you can spend money to take the cable car to the top of the mountain.


2. Half Dome, Mist Trail, California

This place has the most dangerous hiking trail. With steep cliffs and they often become slippery when it rains and many people have died on this dangerous road. Although this place has steel cables that also help climbers to climb, the danger of accidents is always lurking here.


3. El Caminito del Rey, Spain

El Caminito del Rey has a narrow path hanging from a cliff at an altitude of more than 30 meters above the ground. The road was built more than 100 years ago. Some areas have already begun to deteriorate, making the road even more dangerous. Walking here was banned after four adventurers had an accident and died in 2000. Currently, this road has been repaired, reinforced and reopened. The road is safer than before, but the park also limits the maximum number of visitors to around 600 people per day.


4. Striding Edge, England

Striding Edge is one of Britain's scariest footpaths. The most dangerous part is the Swirral Edge area, which is especially slippery, especially during the winter when it snows. Recently, a couple had a lucky escape after falling from a height of more than 100 meters.


5.  Everest mountain, Tibet and Nepal

Calling the highest mountain in the world is not easy to conquer even for the most intrepid. The "dead zone" of Mount Everest is located at an altitude of 8,000 meters above sea level, it has low oxygen concentration and low pressure. Even so, the majority of deaths are due to avalanches. About 200 people died while climbing this mountain.


6. Kjeragbolten, Mount Kjerag, Norway

The road to Mount Kjerag is not too difficult, but climbing Kjeragbolten, a rock sandwiched between two cliffs at an altitude of nearly 300 meters, is a dangerous experience.Kjeragbolten is a giant rock located between the two cliffs of Kjerag in the Lysefjord fjord, Rogaland county in southwestern Norway. The block of rock inserted between the ravine is 5 m wide, suspended over a 984 m deep abyss. Many tourists tremble when standing on Kjeragbolten because if the rock falls, the consequences can take the life of anyone. However, the nerve stimulation of this experience has an irresistible fascination for adventure travelers


7. Bright Angel Trail, Grand Canyon, Arizona

Arizona is known for its hot summers. That's why hiking the Bright Angel Trail during the hottest months becomes dangerous. Many pedestrians suffered heat stroke, some even died from dehydration. Park officials say 90% of incidents occur on a stretch of trail.
